This closed group aims to help clients navigate and heal from burnout. Our eight-week series will meet once a week for ninety minutes and is limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure depth, privacy, and connection. Through evidence-based practices, creative reflections, and peer support, we'll explore sustainable, pragmatic ways to restore energy, meaning, and self-trust. Virtual: for clients in NY/NJ/DE/VA/ME.
